CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

Your appointment is extremely important to us.

The time set aside for your service is especially for you. We respectfully request that any rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time for haircuts, 48 hours for color services. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 or 48 hours notice, respectively) will be charged a fee of $20 for haircut services or $60 for color services. "No call, no shows" are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service reserved. A $25 deposit is requested for all new color clients to secure the appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text/email prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to reach out to check your scheduled appointment time and date.
